I decided to make a simple brunch with some bacon and cheese I had in the fridge.
I used thick-cut South Carolina Bacon, Gouda, Cheddar, and Mozzarella cheese rolled in a puff-pastry dough.

They just opened a new restaurant right across form my community in West Midtown. The Bone Garden Cantina. From the same people who brought you the Vortex in Little Five Points, the place is a homage to the Mexican Dia de Los Muertos, and serves some excellent Margaritas and authentic Mexican food.

Besides their margaritas, they have an extensive list of various tequilas, and refreshing Mexican drinks. I would recommend their ceviche of ahi tuna, and their sopes and their enchiladas on their a-la-carte-style menu.
It is located at the Lumber Yard at 1425 Ellsworth Industrial Blvd, Atlanta, 30318. It just opened at the beginning of June, and it is already attracting a lot of people in the area and from outside through word-of-mouth.
