When I’m bored.

I decided to, at 10 at night, to make tortellinis. I daydreamed about
the sweetness of corn cutting through the ricotta cheese filling.
I made a first batch with a ricotta, Swiss cheese, garlic, and sweet
golden corn.
I then made a second batch with ricotta, salmon, and Italian
seasoning, and a dash of adobo (for the salmon).
