Summer meal

to. I find myself wandering the supermarket aisles, hoping that
something would jump out at me and inspire me to make magic in the
kitchen. I keep dreaming of the perfect butter sauce, or maybe attempt
to cook quinoa.
Yesterday, I decided to buy pick up some zuchinis, and use a package
of gnocchi with some butter to make what I felt was a simple summer
dish. I cooked the diced zuchini with the butter until slightly brown,
then tossed with the cooked gnocchi until coated evenly. A simple
summer dish.

Is it time for me to spread my wings and relocate? I picked up a copy

Sick of the baby-faced boybands?

From AfterElton:
Into the boy band concept but not the boys? Well, choreography-loving fellas with a taste for the hirsute and humpy are in luck: Bearforce1 is here to satisfy their step-ball-changing, fur-friendly needs.

You HAVE to check out their video! It’s a mashed cover of Erasure, New Order, Donna Summer, and other gay songs I do not recognize.
Tyra learns “Rice Queen”

I admit it. I read Bryanboy. But only in moderate doses.
Here is a posted link if Tyra taking on INTERRACIAL GAY DATING.
Notice the white half of the couple keeps quiet the whole time. He is fulfilling the role of the white trophy husband quite well.
Here’s the skinny on me: I don’t hate myself. I have enough trouble keeping my attractions to a certain body-type, let alone race. I have brought out the term :equal-opportunity slut” more than once. Sure, whenever I see an much older white male with a twinky asian teenage boy, my eyes do roll, and if an older white man tries to impress me with his quotations and studies of Qing Dynasty poetry, I fight the urge to laugh in his face. I’m gaysian, but I don;t have to label myself.
Because Country Crock wasn’t good enough…

Green hair
Originally uploaded by eggrollstan
After being sent home on excessive overtime, I made an impromptu stop to get my hair did at Helmet in Midtown. As I sat down, and Perry asked what I wanted.
Perry: Did you like What we did last time?
Me: Yes, very much so, but I’m thinking about maybe some…. color.
Almost three hours later (I had to bleach my hair first before the color application), I left with a nice pine-green (after contemplating blue).
By coincidence, this was also the day that Mother decides to come down into town to pick up my little sister from her dorm downtown. After the initial shock of noticing the color, which is really more subtle, and in patches, I think she took it in stride, and accepted it.
But the funniet part was when we were sitting at an intersection, and Mother asks:
Mother: You’re not i-mo (emo), right?
Me: What? of course not!
Mother: Good, because I heard the i-mo is depressing, and I don’t want none of my kids to be depressed.
Gosh, I love my mom.
